    3. REEL BIG FISH Famous for their catchy cover songs and ska-inspired originals, Reel Big Fish plans to release a new album in 2009. The Southern Californian ska punks have also announced a tour of Europe and the UK, starting in January next year.
    4. NEIL SEDAKA - Neil Sedaka has been a staple of American pop music for over 40 years. His chart hits include Solitaire and Breaking Up is Hard To Do, and this summer, he’ll be singing those and more at various UK venues.
